Way to go, Judy! Your toenails deserve your sparkle. A few years ago, I saw a group of older ladies with neon polish on their toenails. It made me feel good! I can only imagine how it uplifted them. Now, I wear sparkle, neon, metallics... whatever fits MY fancy on my fingernails and toenails.
