I believe "soft parenting" is a major reason for the nation's teacher shortage.

None of them ever touted soft parenting either, but instead it was firm parenting where we had to be sure to keep our word.

I believe "soft parenting" is a major reason for the nation's teacher shortage. "Karen" takes that same behavior into the classroom, starting with kindergarten.
